Visited for Depression and anxiety disorder.I am writing this on behalf of my daughter rashmi. My daughter was suffering from severe depression and anxiety,loss of interest, no talks,no sleep,always alone in room,full of panic not even able to walk, hear sound etc.Totally she was in silent mood.She was telling me I didn't want to live. She was saying that she needed to suicide herself.I step into hospital to Dr.Divya cabin with great confidence. After listening story she directed to bring my daughter and admit for 10 days for observation. But I was not in a position to get her in to hospital as she is completely in panic condition. I requested Dr.Divya. She suggested to make atleast a video cal so that can do something.Hence video call happend. Same day Dr.started medication.Within 3-4 days after the medication began, my daughter able to smille,started to come out from room.Now She is able to goto doctor. 2 months over.she is very progressive in all activities. I am so happy. Treatment not over. Still going on. Now I am confident that within a short period she will become normal.Dr.Divya is very professional, confident, accurecy in diognosing,medicating and the way of encouraging is amazing.The way she writing & explaining the prescription is very neat & clean.I feel so blessed to know Dr.Divya to have my doctor.There is no word to say how I am thankful to her but all I can say she is God gift to me.I wish let her service may spring up smiles to many more million patients.Thank you Dr. Divya.

I had taken father on 27.07.2020 for the following issues:

1. He had undergone ankle surgery during May 2020 as he met with road accident. Auto hit his bike.

2. After accident and also after surgery till 27.07.2020 he had slept whole night except 2 hours.

3. He was not trusting his family.

4. He was under depression that due to accident he cannot handle his profession.

5. He had lost his current memory and sometimes he would forget that he has undergone surgery.

6. He was not cooperating for the intake of medicines.

7. In the night he was always arguing and scolding the family members that they have taken him to some other house and always steps out the house wandering for his house.

8. He is very intelligent and would talk to people other than family members and in between the conversation with them sudden irrelevant questions/queries were raised by him.

9. Even though the family was following his instructions, he was not satisfied.

On 28.07.2020 he expressed that earlier why the doctors have not given this medicine as he is getting good sleep and feeling healthy. This has happened by the treatment given by Ms Divya Ganesh

Dr.Divya has that healing touch and not all docs have this, i highly recommend her. The quality of service she and her team provided for mom my was international standard.

i live far away from my mom and could not accompany her to visits, but Dr.Divya and her team covered that up with constant email updates, even though she was on vacation she made sure she consulted with her team and kept me up to date via emails. they even facilitated online payments.

i wish more and more doctors and hospitals see this group of doctors as a role model, doctors in India have this air/ego about themselves, you can't even ask them questions about medications or treatment plan, what amazes me is the down to earth nature of this group, they are healers first , i believe anyone can become a doctor but not all can be healers.

Dr. Divya is not only one of the finest doctors in her field ( psychiatry) but she is a beautiful human being. She is calm, composed, focused and her greatest assest is her conversational skills. Her words and the way she explains the problems in a simple manner is praiseworthy. I must say she is doing a great job!

But, I would like to mention one thing that at any condition, she should not get influenced by any of her fellow colleagues/ counterparts and form a biased conclusion regarding any patient. I believe she should treat all patients as a fresh Candidate and treat accordingly.

I consulted Dr. Divya for ADHD assessment and found out I'm also in the autism spectrum(mild). Currently going through the treatment and she is extremely patient and wants best for me. If you have any doubts, she will explain you as clear as possible. I'm happy with the experience.

one of Dr. Divya's virtues is that she is a patient listener and observers the patient while talking for non-verbal cues.Secondly, I feel very comfortable and therefore more vocal in telling my problems and improvement since the last time in detail. She also offers some verbal solutions. Another adorable character I've seen in her is the way she explains the prescription she has given. She walks me through each medicine and explains its effects on me alongside explaining how im progressing in layman terms and in medical terms. I've been seeing her for the past 5 months for alcohol de-addiction and I'm very impressed in the progress I've made. I've been trying to quit since three years and never have I felt so accomplished. I still have a long way to go and I'm confident that I'll emerge out successfully. One of the most important thing that patients of mental health problems need to understand is that psychiatry treatments take a long time to show positive improvments and patience is the key along with some lifestyle changes. I'd recommend Dr. Divya for my friends and family.
